A surprising but delightful combination.
1 large orange
10 drops of Liquid Stevia (Sunny Dew/Suncare Plus)
1 Tbsp Almond Oil or Coconut Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

My Mother always used them together and I continue to do so.The only thing I do not use is Stevia, I don’t like it, Coconut oil is sweet enough
I actually prefer this raw, in my juicer or if you do not have, use a blender. The raw fruit and veggie is much healthier…I use 2x amount carrot to orange and agree with the other post….additional sweetner is not necessary with the natural sweetness of the fruit and veggie AND the oil.
Though isn’t stevia excellent for your skin and digestion and without the drawbacks of other sweeteners? Seems like a way to add it in to your diet that disguises the taste for those who are not find of it.
I see people talkiung about stevia but I trieds 2 local health food stores and couldn’t get it. Where can you get it?
