Grapefruit Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 Grapefruit, peeled and chopped into pieces
4 pieces of romaine lettuce
1 piece of celery
Few drops of Stevia
Clean water

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in your blender.
  2. Cover all ingredients with clean water.
  3. Blend till smooth; use the liquefy button on the blender.
  4. Drink immediately.

Green Orange Spinach Smoothie

 

This is a super easy smoothie to make with only 2 main ingredients so not much shopping to do.

Oranges are full of good nutrition (lots of vitamin C), low in calories, contains no saturated fats or cholesterol, and is rich in dietary fiber and pectin. Pectin has also been shown to reduce blood cholesterol.

Ingredients:

1 large orange, peeled and chopped into pieces
2 cups spinach
Clean water

Alkalizing Apple Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 large Apple, chopped
3 big handfuls of spinach
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup soaked pumpkin seeds

 

Directions:

  1. Blend until smooth
  2. Add as much water as you need if you want to drink it or leave it as it is and eat with a spoon.
