    I’m not sure about your information on Type O blood. Are you saying coconut oil is not good for that type and why not?

  6. Darlene, that is what the blood type theory says. I am not a blood type diet believer. It did open my eyes in 1996 but soon found it was not the whole truth at all. Then I found out that all there testing was in test tubes!
    So, sorry I cannot say more than I did above.

    Some people already have a high number of metabolism, and they desperately want to gain some weight. After they took this virgin coconut oil, they manage to gain some weight and have an ideal body shape. My metabolism is not so high, I guess. I’m not so thin, yet not too fat, this is because I exercise regularly to maintain my body shape. I wondered, what will happen to my metabolism if I take this virgin coconut oil?
