[...] Breakfast Posted in Feeding Your Family | June 3rd, 2009 Probably one of the easiest meals of the day it is also the most important. Often it is the only one I will eat until dinner and you can bet if your child goes to school or on many play dates that the quality of their breakfast will impact the rest of their day. The most important thing is fats. We’ve been scared of feeding our family fats for the past few decades but thankfully that mindset is changing. Margarine is out and butter is back in! For more information about the right kinds of fats for you and your family please read here. [...]

Patricia, If Ghee is made correctly then it will last without being refridgerated. What happens when we first make it is that we often leave some milk solids in it and that will make it spoil.

although I throw away the majority of my day on the web actively playing games like myspace poker or pet society, I nevertheless like to put aside some time to look at a number of websites occasionally and I am satisfied to report this recent write-up is really kind of good and notably better than 1 / 2 the other poor quality junk I read today , anyways i'm off to enjoy a couple of rounds of zynga poker

I apologize, I sent a reply but apparently it did not process somehow. Hence the comment above, here it is again.
First, great info, as always your site delivers!!
The only comment I had dissagreed with #4 under Benefits of Clarified Butter or Ghee. I keep clarified butter in a plastic container with the lid on in my kitchen cupboard. In the summertime within a week there is mold all over it. In the wintertime there is a scent about it but no mold. Obviously the temperature of the house and season makes a difference. So if clarified butter does not spoil easily and does need refridgeration then where am I going wrong; should I change the container, or simply remove the lid?? Please let me know, thank you kindly.
