Fresh Quick Pea Soup Recipe

green pea soup with mint and tofu



1 cup fresh or frozen peas

1 cup water

1 cup almond milk or rice milk

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Vege salt or Spike



  1. Simmer the peas in 1 cup of water till soft.
  2. Add salt, almond milk and olive oil.
  3. Puree in a blender.
  4. Serve.
