All of the fruits in this salad are immune boosting and the almonds are good for you too and they are alkalizing.
2 Kiwi Fruit
1/3 cup Blueberries* or Strawberries*
5 – 7 Almonds soaked
- Thaw berries of your choice a few hours before making.
- Chop fruit and almonds.
- Mix together.
- Eat and enjoy.
*Frozen berries are fine at this time of the year, just make sure they are organic as both are in the Dirty Dozen. 12 Foods You MUST Eat Organic
