This is an all time favourite of mine as it is so easy.
I’ve been making for at least 31 years! (now stop calculating my age)
This is a very simple and quick sauce to make. The taste will vary greatly depending on which type of miso is used.
For a very light flavoured one use Shiro miso but really any miso will work.
2 Tbsp light tahini (sesame butter) 1 tsp lemon juice 3 – 6 Tbsp hot water 1 – 3 tsp miso
1. With a fork blend water slowly into tahini. 2. Blend all ingredients together with a fork. It will make a thick sauce. Add more water if you would like it thinner.
Add any of the other options you would like.
Mostly I put it on steamed vegetables but I see my guest putting it on their rice too as they like it so much. *Sunny Dew is best
