Thanks for these healthy, tasty recipes.
We served the Sunrider Chai at our potluck on Saturday, everyone loved it. I used the Almond milk(made my own), made a creamy, tasty flavor.
I use the Cinnamon Calli or Fortune in my Cider, adds extra nutrition as well as flavor.
Enjoy a healthy holiday season!

Thank you Joanne, I do know that and should put it somewhere but now you have. I personally do not use soy milk.

Once in a while I am sure it is totally ok to have some without all of the negatives. When I am out and someone has used it something I just eat or drink it even though I never have it in my home.

Great Recipes thanks!
I just wanted to be sure you have seen the latest info on Soy milk. It is really not something we should be drinking. 1. 90% of soy is GMO and 2. Xenoestrogens. The nutmilks are a way better option.
See the current info on the dangers of Soy from the great Naturopathic Doctor, Dr.Mercola.
http://www.mercola.com/article/soy/index.htm
I love chai and cloves and cardamum are so good for you so it is nice to have a recipe that uses the fresh ingredients.
Happy holidays!
Joanne
