Peas as a Side Dish – Recipe

 

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons almond oil or ghee

1 small onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups fresh or frozen green peas

Salt and pepper to taste

2 Tbsp water

 

Directions:

  1. Heat oil or ghee in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Stir in onion and garlic; cook about 5 minutes.
  3. Add water, salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook until the peas are tender, about 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with your main course.
