3 Self-fulfilling Attitudes and Actions

Zorba Paster, M.D. in his book, “The Longevity Code” says there are three things without which a long and healthy life just wouldn’t be possible.

Here are Zorba Paster’s 3 self-fulfilling attitudes and actions that transform our lives:

  1. Lifelong learning
  2. Active involvement
  3. A hopeful outlook

“Energy comes from feeling good, not from eating well or sleeping a lot. We all remember how as children, when we were having fun, we often forgot to eat or sleep. I believe that we can keep that attitude as adults, too. It’s best not to tire the body with too many rules such as lunchtime and bedtime.” Says physician Shigeaki Hinohara, who was 97 when he said this.
