Ingredients
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 1/2 cups avocado
- 1-2 tomatoes
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1/8 tsp light liquid stevia
Instructions
- Put the olive oil, stevia, and salt in a blender.
- Add lemon juice gradually while blending till smooth.
- Add water and blend till smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a jar.
