Would you like to drink a healthy festive fruit punch as a tasty drink at the party? Try this alcohol-free, sugar-free punch recipe.
When I first served it, people at my parties were so used to alcoholic punch, that they would start acting like they were drunk because they didn’t realize there was no alcohol in it.
This proves you don’t need sugar or alcohol. Just friends, a good drink, and the intention to have fun. Let’s get high naturally.
This festive fruit punch is filled with ingredients that are actually healthy for you.
Festive Fruit Punch Recipe Ingredients:
Sparkling Water
The sparkling spring water, unsweetened gives the festive fruit punch the sparkles that we want in a punch without adding unhealthy sugary pop.
Oranges
Oranges are delicious and juicy adding a wonderful healthy citrus flavour to the festive fruit punch. They are for sure a very healthy superfood as they help fight cancer, fight viral infections, relieve constipation, and much more.
This fruit is more than a delicious treat, it is a very healthy superfood meaning it is packed full of nutrients and health benefits. They are popular with athletes because they can be easily eaten for a burst of energy. I enjoy eating one a day most of the year for the same reasons and I am not an athlete.
Lemon
Lemons’ health benefits are immense. To begin they are acidic to the taste but are alkaline-forming in the body. In fact, they are one of the most alkaline-forming superfoods; this makes them great for balancing a highly acidic condition in the body. Also, they are full of many health benefits and add a little zing to the festive fruit punch.
Strawberries
This fruit adds some of the red into the festive fruit punch and of course a delicious flavour.
Strawberries with their juicy heart shape have much more to offer beyond sweetness and flavour, they are full of health benefits. The Strawberry is called ‘The Queen of Fruits’ In Asian countries because it is a sweet superfood. Compared to fruits like apples, oranges or bananas, they have the highest amount of nutrients.
Mint
Mint adds a cool fresh flavour with its stimulating aroma to this festive fruit punch. This superfood is full of many health benefits from helping with digestion to increasing memory. Did you know it helps keep mosquitos away too? I always grow mint in my garden for salads, teas, and smoothies.
Hibiscus Tea
The hibiscus flowers that the tea is made from come from Egypt. Organic, 100% raw, no additives and is Non-GMO.
Research has uncovered a range of health benefits linked to drinking hibiscus tea, showing that it may lower blood pressure, fight bacteria and even aid weight loss. Learn the 8 benefits of drinking hibiscus tea.
Raspberries
I like to add frozen raspberries that were picked from my garden in the summer to this festive fruit punch. Sweet juicy red raspberries are so good for us with all the health benefits making them one of the superfoods!
Stevia
I do not add sugar or any grocery store fruit juice. I like sweetening the fruit punch with stevia. Stevia is a natural sweetener alternative that helps to regulate blood sugar and lower blood pressure. The stevia plant is incredibly sweet and also incredibly good for you. The leaf is 30 times sweeter than sugar while extracts are 300-400 times sweeter. Go here to learn How to Get the Best Stevia Without the Bitterness.

Easy Juice Recipes
Pomegranate Juice Made in a Blender – I love pomegranate juice and decided to make it in a blender rather than a juicer for two reasons. This is because it is easier but mostly because when the seeds are totally broken down they add bitterness to the juice. This is avoided when you do it in a blender. You will see how that works when you follow the recipe.
Sparkling Cucumber Lemon Water Is So Good – Sparkling lemon water is good for any time as it is alkalizing and healthy. Also, it is a wonderful, refreshing summer drink for hot days.
Wild Blueberry Juice Is Good For You and Easy To Make – This wild blueberry juice is very refreshing using frozen wild blueberries, stevia, and water and of course, it’s delicious. So you can easily make this juice in less than 5 minutes. How simple is that? The other very good news is that you do not need a juicer, you can make it in a blender. I make most of my fruit juices in a blender and it is easier to make. Also, much less clean up to do as a juicer is a big thing to clean.
Healthy Homemade Grapefruit Juice – The best grapefruit juice is homemade grapefruit juice. Store-bought grapefruit juice with sugar and added preservatives are not healthy.
Sweet Grape Juice Freshly Made in a Blender – Grape juice can easily be made at home in a blender. Try this fresh version and you’ll never go back to drinking grape juice bought in a jar from the supermarket.
Watermelon Juice Is Delicious On a Hot Day – Watermelon juice is so delicious on a hot summer day. This is a very simple juice to make. It is much healthier for you than a soft drink.
Here are a few more delicious hot beverages:
Hot Mulled Cider – Hot cider that is alcohol-free and sugar-free is a delightful drink, especially on a cold day. Would you rather take something healthy to drink for a party? Everyone will love this.
Creamy Spicy Vegan Chai – This creamy vegan chai is so delicious. I love being able to drink hot creamy drinks that have no cows milk in them and are caffeine-free too. This is a great tea on those cold winter days.
Fresh Mint Tea – This fresh mint tea is a traditional tea in many desert countries like Morocco, Turkey, and Egypt. They drink this because it is so cooling. Mint is not only cooling, but also energizing, refreshing, and good for digestion.
