I’m not generally an advocate of ice in drinks however this smoothie lends itself to ice instead of water, sitting out on a hot summers day on the patio!
Ingredients
1 Kiwi Fruit
⅓ cup of seedless grapes
1 small green pear skinned
60 ml of water (1/2 cup)
Directions
Wash ingredients
Peel the kiwi
Core and cut up with the pear
Place all ingredients into the blender with the water.
Blend until smooth
