Enjoy Hot Mulled Cider That is Alcohol-free

Hot mulled cider that is alcohol-free and sugar-free is a delightful drink, especially on a cold day. Would you rather take something healthy to drink for a party?  Everyone will love this drink and feel good.

All of the ingredients I used have great health benefits too:

Apples – Your mom didn’t use the term superfood but she knew about apples. “An apple a day keeps the doctor away” was the first nutritional advice I and many children heard from their moms.  For this reason, we call them “the first superfood.”

Lemons’ health benefits are immense.  To begin they are acidic to the taste but are alkaline-forming in the body. In fact, they are one of the most alkaline-forming superfoods; this makes them great for balancing a highly acidic condition in the body. Also, they are full of many health benefits.

Cinnamon -When we think of cinnamon we usually imagine delicious pastries or a hot drink but cinnamon is also full of health benefits.  These benefits are backed by valid scientific research.  It is helpful from lowering “bad” HDL cholesterol levels to lowering blood sugar levels.

Creamy Spicy Vegan Cha

Fresh Mint Tea – This recipe is a traditional tea in many desert countries like Morocco, Turkey, and Egypt. They drink this because it is so cooling. Mint is not only cooling, but also energizing, refreshing, and good for digestion.

Basil Tea is helpful for when you have nausea and flatulence. The magic ingredient is basil. Basil has been considered to be ‘The Oldest Herb’. It has been used for health reasons and for its distinct flavour which is delicious. It is one of my favorite herbs to use in my kitchen.

Creamy Spicy Vegan Chai is Warming and Delicious – This creamy vegan chai is so delicious. I love being able to drink hot creamy drinks that have no cows milk in them and are caffeine-free too. This is a great tea on those cold winter days.

Dandelion Tea – You can easily make a dandelion with dried leaves from the plants which are full of nutrition.

Savoury Sage Tea for Your Memory – This sage tea is simple to make.

Here are some more healthy delicious fresh juice recipes for you to try:

These are all made with healthy delicious superfoods. Also, they do not have added sugars, the fruits are sweet enough.

hot mulled cider Festive Fruit Punch without Alcohol – Would you like to drink a healthy and tasty punch at the party? Try this alcohol-free, sugar-free punch. When I first served it, people at my parties were so used to alcoholic punch, that they would start acting like they were drunk. This proves you don’t need sugar or alcohol. Just friends, good drink and the intention to have fun. Let’s get high naturally.

Sparkling Cucumber Lemon Water – This is a wonderful, refreshing summer drink for hot days.

Pomegranate Juice Made in a Blender – I love pomegranate juice and decided to make it in a blender rather than a juicer for two reasons. This is because it is easier but mostly because when the seeds are totally broken down they add a bitterness to the juice and we can avoid this by blending.

Watermelon juice Watermelon Juice Is Delicious On a Hot Day – Watermelon juice is so delicious on a hot summer day. This is a very simple juice to make. It is much healthier for you than a soft drink.

Healthy Homemade Grapefruit Juice – The best grapefruit juice is homemade grapefruit juice.  Store-bought grapefruit juice with sugar and added preservatives are not healthy.

Sweet Grape Juice Freshly Made in a Blender – Grape juice can easily be made at home in a blender. Try this fresh version and you’ll never go back to drinking grape juice bought in a jar from the supermarket.

  1. Umm, shouldn’t this be called Hot Mulled Apple Juice. There is a big difference between fresh pressed cider and apple juice, both in taste and texture. Personally, I never drink apple juice, but I love real cider and am lucky enough to be in a major apple producing state where I can get cider fresh pressed from the local farmers.
