Ingredients
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1 handful arugula
- 1 medium bunch fresh parsley
- 1 stick celery
- 1 beet
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp dulse seaweed flakes
Instructions
- Chop the celery.
- Finley chop the parsley.
- Slice the yellow bell pepper.
- Grate the beet.
- Mix the celery, yellow pepper and grated beet into the mixed greens.
- Sprinkle seaweed on top.
