Radishes have a sulfurous mustard oil in them that stimulates the circulation system as well as the liver and kidneys to help with a detox. They are very good for the skin because of high sulfur, silicon, and vitamin C content. They are a good source of fiber.

Radish Quinoa Salad with Arugula
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 2 handfuls arugula
- 3-4 small tomatoes
- 6-8 radishes
- 2 celery stalks
- 1/4-1/3 cup olive oil salad dressing
Instructions
- Chop the celery stalks and the radishes. Slice the tomatoes.
- Mix all of the vegetables together in a bowl.
- Mix in the Salad Dressing
- Add the cooked quinoa to the bowl.
- Now sit down and enjoy this delicious salad.
