This milkshake recipe is a classic! Since you have made it yourself you can control the freshness and goodness of all the ingredients!
1 cup of strawberries
1/2 cup of banana
12 oz milk of your choice (soya milk, rice milk, almond milk, oat milk.)
The banana gives this a touch of sweetness, by choice you could leave out the banana adding another ½ cup of strawberries and a few drops of stevia or you favorite sweetener if desired. I always buy unsweetened milks or make almond milk as I prefer my sweetness as natural as possible
