Super Green Kiwi Smoothie – Highly Alkaline

This kiwi smoothie is delicious and full of superfoods  Also, it is low in calories, contains no saturated fats or cholesterol, and is rich in dietary fiber and pectin. Pectin has also been shown to reduce blood cholesterol.

Kiwi Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

4 Kiwi
1 Apple
1/2 Avocado
1/4 lemon, juiced
2 cups spinach
5 – 10 drops of liquid stevia
3/4 – 1 cup Clean water

Directions:

  1. Peel and chop kiwi.
  2. Chop apple and avocado.
  3. Put all ingredients in your blender.
  4. Cover all ingredients with clean water.
  5. Blend till smooth; use the liquefy button on the blender.
  6. Drink immediately.

  1. Why do you have to take the skin off? The previous page says kiwis are good to eat with the skin?

    1. Hi Philip. This is for texture and taste – not nutrition. The skin is hairy as you know and not as sweet. If you had a VERY good blender you wouldn’t have to take the skin off since it would liquify anything. Also if it is not organic, you might have to deal with the chemicals on the skin.
