Kiwi Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
4 Kiwi
1 Apple
1/2 Avocado
1/4 lemon, juiced
2 cups spinach

3/4 – 1 cup Clean water
Directions:
- Peel and chop kiwi.
- Chop apple and avocado.
- Put all ingredients in your blender.
- Cover all ingredients with clean water.
- Blend till smooth; use the liquefy button on the blender.
- Drink immediately.

Hi Philip. This is for texture and taste – not nutrition. The skin is hairy as you know and not as sweet. If you had a VERY good blender you wouldn’t have to take the skin off since it would liquify anything. Also if it is not organic, you might have to deal with the chemicals on the skin.
