Let us take on the challenges of health for ourselves and this earth and be successful this year.

My childhood heroine says it well:

“Life is either a daring adventure or nothing.” —Helen Keller

Helen Keller had lost both her sight and hearing when she was just 18 months old.  She overcame this big setback with much persistence.  She became a respected and world-renowned activist who dedicated her time for the betterment of others.  Biography Helen Keller

Life has always been an adventure for me.  Even when I was disabled for 10 years and could hardly walk to the door I kept going.  I am still grateful for having a full life again. You can read a summary of my story, here:  My Fibromyalgia Story

“For a new year to bring you something new, make a move, like a butterfly tearing its cocoon! Make a move!” —Mehmet Murat Ildan

Let this day be the first day of our new life here on this beautiful earth that we get to live on.

Let’s find new ways to take care of ourselves, our family, our friends and this earth.

Two of my resolutions this year are:

  1. To write my story of going from being sick and tired to being fully well again.
  2. Each day to meditate for 30 minutes and eventually for 2 hours.
