Wild Blueberry Squares
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Wild Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup Rice Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1 cup Brown Rice Flour
- 1/2 cup Walnuts chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the coconut oil, rice syrup, and salt.
- Add oats and flour.
- Mix well.
- Pat 2/3 of the mixture into an 8 X 8 pan.
- Sprinkle the blueberries on top of the oat mixture.
- Then sprinkle the other 1/3 of the oat mixture on top of the blueberries.
- Lightly press down.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400º F. for 25 to 35 minutes.
