    May I know what can replace lemons? We have green lemons here in the Philippines called dayap. Will the effect be the same?

    1. I think what you are calling green lemons are actually limes. If there are no lemons and only limes you can use them. They are not as alkaline forming but they are alkalizing.

  7. Gulag,so far I have not made any money from this website. All the money goes for maintaining this site and a mailing list. I am a full time volunteer who is in debt. So do not call me money grubbing when we need money to keep this site active. $4.99 is so little considering how many hours it took me to put it all together from beginning to end.

    1. At Real Food For Life, we DON’T recommend alkaline water that has been produced with ELECTRICITY.
      It has been processed too much and has become unnatural. Long term effects are not good.
      There are ways to alkalize water more naturally.

I have been soaking 15 almonds in pure water everynight and have them as part of my breakfast for the last 3 months.As a result I notice that I don’t crave for chocolates or sweet foods during the day . My brain is clearer and I think and retain what I study better than before I began consuming almonds.My weight to has gone down by 3Kgs.I think it has to be the almonds that have aided me in this personal improvement.
