Hi Michelle, my apologies for not responding sooner. I did not get the notification that there was a question here. Just noticed now.
You can do it either way. You can join this BootCamp, get all the info sent to you and listen to the recordings in your own time. Or you can wait till we do another one which may not be for a few months. If you pay for this one, we will be giving all those who joined in on this one the option to join the next Alkalize Your Body BootCamp for free. So I guess if it were me I would do it now because you will get 2 for one. 🙂

just got the food list… looks great, altho i can’t eat green peppers. is that okay if i skip those (i just kind of burp gr pepper for hours after, which isn’t great.) usually i can handle the red, but it still does somewhat the same thing, tho not as bad. i’ve met quite a few others who have this problem, so it was good to know it wasn’t just me.
i don’t have juicer, but have vitamix. can i just “juice” all in my vitamixer? that’s what i usually do and drink all the fiber.

Michelle, that is great that is works out for you. If green peppers do not work for you for sure do not get them. Substitute cucumber or broccoli or peas. Ask me to tell you my green pepper story later. Sure you can use your wonderful vitamix instead.

Leah, you can register if you are ok with missing the first 2 live calls. The calls are recorded and there are videos for each one. Also, you would get on to this special mailing list and get all the material that we send out as attachments.
A number of the participants have been unable to attend the calls and are watching the videos or listening to the recordings afterwards. You can follow the diet for any 2 days.
well, i watched the session last night late (eating my millet w/ steamed veggies and mi sauce) — because i was unable to get home earlier, but didn’t eat anything except for 2 apple slices after the watermelon yesterday a.m. Today, i’ve done the water, lemon water, watermelon, and just finished an almond, pear, apple, tons of spinach smoothie. (it made about 2 quarts, so i finally finished drinking it.) i’ll wait, then have my leftover millet, veggies, sauce as i listen / watch the session tonight. i didn’t hear much about the pH for urine and saliva. Fri testing: urine ~5.8, saliva 7 (something); sat urine ~5.5, saliva ~6.8 today, sunday: urine (finally!) up to ~6.8, saliva ~ 7. 2… why is urine so much more acidic than saliva if urine is a truer reading?? (saliva reading after no food, drink for at least hour) looking forward to tonight… i think 9pm?
